When you subscribe to our "Tailor Made" concept, you act as the customer 'First Line' and 'Second Line' support, and we act as 'Third Line' support. We also handle all support cases with IBM, where IBM acts as 'Fourth Line' support."
- The "Base Service" includes the right to directly contact the Epical Support Center with an agreed service level, a single point of contact, and monthly follow-up and reporting of the service delivery.
- The "Base Service" can also be expanded with a governance structure with a more tactical, strategic, and inspiring focus. It can also include related services.
