The Content of the "Ready Made" Concept
1. Working Methods
The "Ready Made" concept gives you access to standardized working methods that reflect how we see parts of ISO 55000 applied in practice and what is considered "Best practice".
2. Pre-Configured System
Maximo "Ready Made" is preconfigured to reflect how you can best utilize Maximo when applying the "Ready Made" concept's working methods in practice.
3. Pre-Configured Dashboards
In certain working methods, you need quick access to facts and decision support to be able to conduct them correctly and efficiently. You get access to this information in various Dashboards.
4. Pre-Configured Report Packages
For some workflows, it is necessary to gather facts from the Maximo system for presentation, handover, or as a basis for decision-making. These details are provided through pre-configured reports.
5. Training Materials
The training materials guide you on how to apply the concept's workflows in your role and how to best utilize Maximo in this context.
The material also serves as a foundation for teaching based on practical exercises in Maximo.

The Processes
The workflows are described both graphically and in text. For each step in the process, an explanation is provided on what needs to be done and which role in the organization is responsible. If a support system like IBM Maximo Manage is used in the process, it is explained with images and text.
Operational Maintenance
The maintenance process includes the necessary sub-processes to conduct operational maintenance safely, correctly, and efficiently. Rules are set for how a service request is handled and optimized through planning, preparation, and scheduling. The scheduled task is then assigned, and detailed instructions on how the work should be performed are specified.
The Maintenance Engineer’s Work
The maintenance process also includes strategic maintenance work such as developing preventive maintenance, preparing spare parts, specialized tools, and documentation, as well as conducting risk assessments for facility assets. Solutions
To visualize performance metrics, process behavior, and decision support, we have built dashboards in the BI tool Cognos, included in the "Ready Made" concept. For decision support related to process status for a specific role, we have created gauges in the role’s Start Center.

The general training covers how to navigate and use the basic features of IBM Maximo. The training consists of instructional materials in the form of PowerPoint presentations with text and images, along with practical exercises in the system.

Process training is based on PowerPoint presentations, where the graphical process is reviewed step by step, analyzing what needs to be done and who is responsible for each task. For each step, the use of the support systems is also presented, often combined with practical exercises.

You can subscribe to a packaged service that includes the right to use the Maximo Application SuiteOur 'Ready Made' concept is aimed at organizations with fewer than 150 users, often located in one or a few locations. The principle here is to teach your organization to use a preconfigured solution based on our view of 'Best practice' in an orderly manner. This provides you with a short lead time, minimal effort in the project, and a cost-effective solution. When you subscribe to a packaged service from Epical, it is our full responsibility as the owner to ensure that we have the number of licenses required to reflect your organization's usage.

Implementation When You Subscribe to Our Packaged Service According to Our "Ready Made" Concept
When you subscribe according to our 'Ready Made' concept, the implementation of Maximo, working methods, and other included parts are carried out by us in collaboration with your organization. Here, the design phase, configuration phase, and testing phase are almost non-existent since the solution is already 'Ready Made', so your organization is mostly involved in the training phase and the 'Change management' phase.
